The process of
admission

The process of admission starts with an application requested. Once we have received the application, supporting documents and registration fee, we will be in contact with you to set up an appointment for your child to do an entrance exam.

Admission to Gemrock Primary School is based on space available in the grade applied for entrance exam, interview and agreement that parents work together with the school for the benefit of the child.

What do I need
to enroll my child?

The following documentation must be handed into the school’s admissions office’s:

Certified copy of Legal Birth Certificate
Certified copies of both parents I.D. documents
Certified copy of proof of immunisation – Clinic Card
Completed indemnity form
Rates account or certified copy of Lease Agreement
A most recent school report
Completed application form (hard copy)
Transfers Letter
